Glendalough has an array of Irish whiskeys in its Main lineup, starting from blends to this seven-year-aged single malt. The twist is the fact that it’s completed in the mizunara cask. This rare Japanese oak has become useful for whiskey maturation in Japan for decades, and it has been gaining in recognition stateside in the last number of years.
